Viva S 1256 Breather hose

My vivas breather has been replaced to a normal hose. I have a repair manual which shows the original "Ventilation hose", here is an image of the manual: https://ibb.co/k1NPNQQ

It has the T junction which would go to inlet manifold AFTER carb. On my viva the hose nipple in inlet manifold is there, but no hose is connected. So where could I find one of these hoses? Any other car that has hose with similar dimensions?
