HA Indicators

I have got a few issues with the wiring on my van the indicators all work as they should the problem is the green warning light in the centre of the dash it only flashes on the N/S and when you use the stalk to flash the headlights the green indicator light flashes seems very strange to me if anyone has any ideas what is going on please let me know Thanks.
